March 11, Fineko/abc.az. The Cabinet Ministers has reacted to the proposal to increase the limit of preferential gas for districts with high mountain coefficient.

ABC.AZ informs that according to Cabinet Ministers’ report for 2020 shows that when implementing tariff regulation, the Cabinet took into account the revenues only at the level to cover the necessary expenses of supplier entities.

"In this regard, an increase in the annual volume of consumption at a low tariff in each region of the country negatively affects the financial results of the supplier, which creates the need to reduce the annual volume of consumption in other regions in order to cover the costs associated with servicing this region. This also leads to violation of the principles of social justice among consumers," the Cabinet’s statement says.
