AQTA revealed violations at 35 catering facilities

March 12, Fineko/abc.az. The Azerbaijan Food Safety Agency (AQTA) continues to raid public catering facilities in order to monitor compliance with the requirements of the legislation, as well as the guidelines for the prevention of coronavirus, approved by the Cabinet Ministers.

According to AQTA, as part of the control measures in 353 public catering facilities across the country, 595 monitoring sessions were conducted over the past day.

Facts of gross violations of the requirements of the legislation were revealed in the course of monitoring at 35 facilities.

In connection with the identified shortcomings the measures were taken in accordance with the Code of Administrative Offences.
