March 15, Fineko/abc.az. The rules related to the violation of the procedure for subsidizing the production of agricultural products are determined.

ABC.AZ reports that in this regard, it is proposed to amend the Code of Administrative Offences.

According to the proposal, new article 411-2 should be added to the Code.

In compliance with the new article a warning or fine in the amount of 2 to 4-fold the amount of damage caused by an administrative offense is provided for the receipt of a subsidy by a farmer by entering deliberately incorrect information in the information system “E-Agriculture” or failure to use the amount of the subsidy transferred to his accounts for his intended purpose.
