Foreigners from 123 countries arrived in Azerbaijan for past 2 months

March 17, Fineko/abc.az. As a result of the crisis caused by the coronavirus pandemic, the decline in the tourism sector continued.

ABC.AZ was informed at the State Border Service that 72,100 foreigners and stateless persons from 123 countries of the world visited Azerbaijan for Jan-Feb 2021, or 5.9-fold less versus the same term of 2020.

The trips were carried out mainly for non-tourist purposes.
