TƏBIB received one more authority

April 7, Fineko/abc.az. The authority to impose a fine for violating the birth registration procedure is assigned to TƏBIB.

ABC.AZ reports that this is reflected in the proposed amendment to the Code of Administrative Offences to be submitted for discussion at Milli Majlis. According to the amendments, officials will be fined from 150 up to 300 manats for late transmission of birth information by a medical institution to the TƏBIB body, determined by the relevant executive authority, or for transmitting false information.

Previously, the matter was dealt with by the Ministry of Health.
