A company created last month liquidated

April 9, Fineko/abc.az.  The company, registered last month, announced its liquidation at a meeting.

ABC.AZ reports that the general meeting of SEDDEN LLC on 5 April 2021 made a decision to liquidate the legal entity without transferring the rights and obligations to other persons in the order of succession.

Creditors can submit their claims to the liquidated legal entity within 60 days at the address: AZ0116, Absheron district, Masazir, Hasana Aliyev Street.
