April 12, Fineko/abc.az. The 15th meeting of the OPEC+ ministers has taken place.

ABC.AZ reports that at the meeting it was decided to increase gradually – up to 1.1 million barrels - the daily production of crude oil over the next 3 months.

According to the new agreement, Azerbaijan's daily crude oil production quota will exceed the voluntary production commitment for the first 4 months of 2021 (595,000 barrels) by 8,000 barrels in May, an additional 7,000 barrels in June and 10,000 barrels in July.

Country’s daily crude oil extraction country will remain at the level of 603,000 barrels in May, 610,000 barrels in June and 620,000 barrels in July, respectively.
