Ilham Aliyev: Armenia should abandon territorial claims to Turkey

16:12 - 13.04.2021

April 13, Fineko/abc.az. In Armenia, Turkophobia has already become national policy, and they have even lost their sense of reality.

ABC.AZ reports that Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev said this during his speech at the conference organized at the ADA University on the theme "The new look at the South Caucasus: Post-conflict development & cooperation".

"As far as I know, the Turkish government plans to take quite constructive steps, but, of course, they must give an adequate response. What should Armenia do first? They should abandon their territorial claims to Turkey, rewrite the Constitution, and adopt a new one. I can give them good advice on how to remove territorial claims against Turkey from the Constitution. I don’t believe that the Constitution of any country has territorial claims to another country. I think this is not an ordinary case," the president said.
