Cost of oil grows, and Brent is at $67.70 a barrel

April 20, Fineko/abc.az. Oil keeps on rising in Tuesday’s trading.

By 9:30 am, in the trading at the London ICE Futures Exchange the June’s Brent crude futures increased by $0.65 (0.97%) up to $67.70 per barrel. Following the trading on 19 April the price of Brent crude oil futures for June grew by $0.28 (0.42%) up to $67.05 per barrel.

By 8:38 am, at the New York Mercantile Exchange (NYMEX) the price of the May’s WTI oil futures rose by $0.62 (0.98%) up to $64.00 per barrel. At the end of trading on 19 April the WTI futures for May rose in price by $0.25 (0.40%) up to $63.38 per barrel.

The May’s WTI crude futures contract expires at the close of trading on Tuesday. June’s WTI crude futures increased by $0.61 (0.96%) up to $64.04 per barrel.
