Funds allocated for drilling of 25 sub-artesian wells

April 23, Fineko/abc.az. President Ilham Aliyev has signed a decree on the additional measures aimed at improving the provision of irrigation water to the cultivated areas and meeting population's drinking water needs in a range of districts of Azerbaijan.

ABC.AZ reports that in accordance with the decree AZN 1.75 million were allocated to Azerbaijan Land Reclamation & Water Industry Company to improve the supply of irrigation water to cultivated areas and meet the needs of the population in drinking water in 16 settlements of five districts with the population of 29,662 residents, as well as for the design and drilling of 25 sub-artesian wells.
