Oil falls in price, and Brent is at $65.71 a barrel

April 26, Fineko/abc.az. Prices for oil of standard grades are decreasing in Monday’s trading amid the fears that the epidemiological situation may worsen in some countries.

By 9:30 am, in the trading at the London ICE Futures Exchange the June’s Brent crude futures fell by $0.40 (0.61%) to $65.71 per barrel. Following the trading on 23 April the price of Brent crude oil futures for June grew by $0.71 (1.09%) up to $66.11 per barrel.

By 9:30 am, at the New York Mercantile Exchange (NYMEX) the price of the June’s WTI oil futures fell by $0.34 (0.55%) to $61.80 per barrel. At the end of trading on 23 April the WTI futures for June increased in price by $0.71 (1.16%) up to $62.14 per barrel.
