April 27, Fineko/abc.az. First pilot project Smart Village covers the villages of the 1st, 2nd, 3rd Agali villages of Zangilan district. The project will be implemented mainly on 5 components. These are housing, industrial, social services, "smart village economy" and the field of alternative energy.

ABC.AZ reports that Agriculture Minister Inam Kerimov stated about this, informing President Ilham Aliyev about the work in Zangilan.

The minister noted that these are residential, industrial, social services, "smart agriculture” and alternative energy.

"It is planned to construct 200 private houses on the territory using fully insulated and innovative building materials. In-house utilities and heating systems will also be built on the basis of intelligent technologies. Modern schools, kindergartens, clinics and e-government centers will be built in these villages, and tourist infrastructure will be formed. All residential buildings, social facilities, administrative and catering buildings, the process of processing and production of agricultural products will be provided with alternative energy sources. Experts from Turkey, China, Italy and Israel will also take part in the project," the minister said.
