ADB forecast: Azerbaijan's economy to grow

April 28, Fineko/abc.az. The Asian Development Bank (ADB) forecasts GDP growth in Azerbaijan at 1.9% in 2021, ABC.AZ reports with reference to the ADB.

Azerbaijan's economic growth is projected to recover to 1.9% in 2021 and accelerate in 2022 as demand increases at home and abroad.

Growth in the oil sector is projected to lag behind the rest of the economy as consumer confidence recovers and oil revenues can be diverted to public investment.
