Case of housing & construction cooperative ‘Crystal Absheron’ sent to court

April 30, Fineko/abc.az. Housing & construction cooperative Crystal Absheron has been fined.

ABC.AZ reports that a protocol has been drawn up against the cooperative in accord with Article 192.1 of the Code of Administrative Offences (for involvement of individuals by an employer to perform any work (services) without the entry into force of an employment contract in compliance with the Labor Code-envisaged procedure).

The protocol was sent to the Nasimi District Court for consideration.

The case is pending before Judge Elmeddin Huseynov.
