A new company established – 51% of shares belong to AzerGold

May 3, Fineko/abc.az. The second subsidiary of AzerGold CJSC - AzerBlast LLC has been established.

ABC.AZ was informed at AzerGold that a company, based on public-private partnership model, was registered on 9 March 2021.

51% of the total shares of the subsidiary belong to AzerGold CJSC and 49% to DM Service LLC.

AzerBlast was established to meet the domestic demand for civilian explosives in the mining and construction industries and to eliminate dependence on imports. These explosives are widely used in industry in various blasting operations, construction of tunnels, highways, dams, as well as in the operation of mines.
