Shortcomings revealed at Irshad Electronics – sale of unsertified goods

May 4, Fineko/abc.az. A protocol has been drawn up against Irshad Electronics, a company that sells electronic and electrical products in Azerbaijan, for violating the law.

ABC.AZ reports that the company was accused of selling goods subject to mandatory certification in accordance with the law, but not certified, performing related work, providing services.

In relation to the company, the Ministry of Economy has drawn up a protocol under Article 447.0.4 of the Code of Administrative Offences, which stipulates a fine of 4,000-6,000 manats.
