Azerbaijani gas supplies via TAP pipeline to Italy doubled

May 4, Fineko/abc.az. Azerbaijani gas deliveries to Italy via the Trans-Adriatic Pipeline (TAP) have more than doubled - from 9.5 million cu m per day on average for the 1st quarter up to over 20 million cu m.

ABC.AZ reports that this is stated in the data of Italian gas transport operator Snam.

In April, Italy used 1.346 bn cu m of gas coming from LNG terminals, the highest since July 2020.
