May 6, Fineko/abc.az. President Ilham Aliyev has signed an order "On the additional measures aimed at improving the provision of irrigation water to cultivated areas in a number of cities and districts and to meet the needs of the population for drinking water".

ABC.AZ reports that in compliance with the presidential order, State Budget 2021 will allocate AZN 1.82 million to Azerbaijan Amelioration & Water Farm Company for improvement of the provision of irrigation water to cultivated areas and farm plots used for sowing in 23 settlements of 6 cities and districts with the population of 60,698 residents, as well as to meet the population's needs for drinking water, for the design and drilling of 26 subartesian wells.
