May 19, Fineko/abc.az. Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev has ordered the allocation of AZN 1 million for improvement of the irrigation water supply to cultivated areas and water supply to the population of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic (NAR).

ABC.AZ reports that in order to improve the provision of irrigation water to the sown areas and farm plots used for sowing, as well as to design and drill 20 sub-artesian wells to meet the population's drinking water needs in the territory of the NAR, the NAR Cabinet Ministers was allocated AZN 1 million, specified in sub-item 1.38.3 "Distribution of funds envisaged for state capital investments in the State Budget of Azerbaijan for 2021".
