Manufacture of chemical products decreased for Jan-Apr

May 19, Fineko/abc.az. Azerbaijan produced 45,200 tons of propylene for Jan-Apr of this year.

ABC.AZ was informed at the State Statistics Committee that the country produced 52,400 tons of polyethylene, 52,700 tons of ethylene, and 100 tons of methanol for the reported period.

Over the past 4 months the output of products in the chemical industry decreased by 13.4% compared with the same months of 2020.

As of 1 May the country had 2,200 tons of propylene, 5,800 tons of polyethylene and 1,200 tons of methanol remained as stocks of finished products.
