The shareholders of this NBCO have changed

May 20, Fineko/abc.az. The owners of an NBCO in Azerbaijan, whose shareholders are foreigners, are being replaced.

ABC.AZ reports that a microfinance investor from Kyrgyzstan, Gaskoyne Investments Limited, which owns 100%, has transferred non-bank credit organization M Bulak LLC in Azerbaijan to two individuals.

The new shareholders of the NBCO are Babyrzhan Tolbayev (4.07%) and Alexey Kokarev (95.93%). The authorized capital of Mol Bulak is AZN 10.408 million.
