Volume of mortgage loans has doubled

May 27, Fineko/abc.az. Over Jan-Apr 2021 the mortgage loans in the total amount of AZN 134.8 million were given through the Azerbaijan Mortgage & Credit Guarantee Fund (AMCGF).

ABC.AZ reports that the figure 2-fold more versus Jan-Apr 2020.

For the reporting period the amount of the loans refinanced by the Fund increased almost by 6.1 times up to AZN 85.3 million.

Over the past year the funds raised by the AMCGF through the issue of bonds increased by 10% and reached AZN 55 million, while the funds allocated from the State Budget to the Fund decreased by 2.1 times to AZN 35.6 million.
