The Central Bank of Azerbaijan (CBA) has held its next deposit auction on 16 October.

The CBA reports that AZN 200 million were raised during the auction.

"It was proposed AZN 636.1 million for the auction, and weighted average interest rate on transactions made up 10.01%," the CBA said.

Thus, the demand at the deposit auction exceeded the supply by 3.3 times.
