Insurance premiums and compensation payments increased

May 31, Fineko/abc.az. The volume of insurance premiums collected for Jan-Apr of this year by insurance companies operating in Azerbaijan has been published.

ABC.AZ reports with reference to the Central Bank that for this period the insurers gathered premiums in the total amount of AZN 339.107 million and paid compensations for AZN 179.789 million. The premiums grew by 8.9% year–on-year and compensation payments by 70.3%.
