Law amendments: War invalids are exempt from some state duties

June 4, Fineko/abc.az. The amendments to the Law on State Duty have been proposed.

ABC.AZ reports that according to the amendments, war invalids are exempt from state duties when filing appeals and complaints in connection with the determination of facts of legal significance, filing appeals in connection with a court decision and appeals against court decisions, when re-issuing copies of court documents, as well as in connection with the commission of notarial actions in the purchase and sale of housing.

The draft amendments to the law will be discussed at the plenary session of the parliament on 8 June.
