Azerbaijan has increased wine import from Georgia

June 8, Fineko/abc.az. Over Jan-May 2021 wine exported by Georgia increased by 15% year-on-year and amounted to 36.4 million bottles by 0.75 liters each.

ABC.AZ reports that this is stated in the report of the National Wine Agency of Georgia.

The report says that during the reporting period Georgia exported wines for $82.4 million to 55 countries (a 8% increase in annual comparison).

Over the first 5 months Georgia exported 115,247 bottles of wine to Azerbaijan (a rise of 41% versus Jan-May 2020).
