Gap confirms plans to close 19 UK stores

June 9, Fineko/abc.az. Major fastion retailer Gap Inc plans to permanently close 19 stores across the UK and the Republic of Ireland.

The reason for the closure of the stores of this company is still unknown, ABC.AZ reports with reference to the foreign press.

Gap stated it would not renew the leases of these stores as part of the new strategy.

After the closure of 19 stores, Gap will continue to operate with 50 stores in the UK and Ireland.
