June 11, Fineko/abc.az. Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev has sent a letter to Russian President Vladimir Putin.

ABC.AZ reports that the letter says

"I cordially congratulate you and all the people of friendly Russia on the state holiday - the Day of Russia.

The Russian Federation has passed a long way and achieved significant success in State-building, sustainable socio-economic development and modernization of all spheres of public life. Today, your country is an authoritative participant in global processes, solving important tasks to counter current challenges and threats, and making a significant contribution to maintaining global and regional peace and security."
