10 illegal slaughtering sites revealed

June 11, Fineko/abc.az. Great responsibility in providing the population with healthy food products lies with the slaughterhouses and business entities operating in this direction.

ABC.AZ was informed at the Food Safety Agency that during the monitoring conducted on June 7-10, 2021 in the Narimanov and Surakhani districts of Baku, it was revealed that 10 points of animal slaughter and meat sales function without compliance with sanitary and hygienic norms and rules.

Despite repeated official warnings and administrative measures, some of them continue their illegal activities.
