Bitcoin has grown in price more than by 10%

June 14, Fineko/abc.az. Bitcoin, the world's most influential cryptocurrency, surged more than 10% on 13 June.

ABC.AZ reports that as of 03:58, the bitcoin exchange rate was at the level of US$39,106 (+9.98%).

The cause of the rise in price was the tweet of Tesla’s CEO Elon Musk.

"The electric-car maker will allow Bitcoin transactions again “when there’s confirmation of reasonable (about 50%) clean energy usage by miners with positive future trend,” Musk said in a tweet.

It is noted that Tesla sold only about 10% of its bitcoin holdings.
