Data unveiled on property registered for past 5 months

June 17, Fineko/abc.az. Azerbaijan registered 119,175 property facilities for the first 5 months of this year, including 28,016 primary and 91,159 re– registered facilities, ABC.AZ was informed at the Ministry of Economy.

Compared with the same term of 2020, this year’s real estate registration increased by 27.1%.

Over Jan-May 2021 property rights were registered for 17,555 individual residential and country houses, 36,999 apartments, 59,146 land plots, 1,328 non-residential buildings, 3,843 non-residential land plots, 292 property complexes, 12 multi-story residential buildings.
