ABC.AZ reports Education Minister Emin Amrullayev made such a statement at a briefing.

According to the minister, at the initial stage the student's high scores when entering the university will be taken into account, and then his success (high marks for good studies):

"High results will be the first condition. A student who does well in school will be given a discount on interest rates and repayment of the loan."
