June 21, Fineko/abc.az. The Ministry of Emergency Situations (MES) issued a penalty report to Araz Supermarket LLC.

ABC.AZ reports that the protocol was sent to the Narimanov District Court for consideration. The case is pending before Judge Vusal Gurbanov.

The report on LLC is drawn up under Article 518.1 of the Code of Administrative Offences (for violation or non-compliance with the requirements of standards, norms and rules of fire safety at enterprises, institutions and organizations, regardless of the form of ownership, in public places, warehouses, dormitories or other residential premises, in forests and on transport).

It should be noted that for this offense, legal entities are fined in the amount of 350 up to 500 manats.
