First container train sent from Helsinki to Indian port Nava Sheva

June 21, Fineko/abc.az. The first container train left Helsinki (Finland) for the Indian port of Nava Sheva.

ABC.AZ was informed at ADY Konteyner LLC, a cargo of paper products will be delivered to India by a train consisting of 32 forty-foot containers. The operators of this project are RJD Logistics, ADY Container LLC and Tarkib Trans Co.

This project is a pilot project, implemented as a result of close cooperation between the relevant railway operators of the countries participating in the international transport corridor North-South. Depending on the results of the current pilot block train, the movement of block trains along the corridor will be regular.
