Mortgage & Credit Guarantee Fund doubled mortgage lending for past 5 months

June 24, Fineko/abc.az. Over Jan-May 2021 the mortgage loans for AZN 170.6 million (2.3-fold more versus Jan-May 2020) were given through the Azerbaijan Mortgage & Credit Guarantee Fund, ABC.AZ reports with reference to the Central Bank.

For the reporting term the amount of the loans refinanced by the Fund increased by 8.95 times up to AZN 112.7 million.

For the past term of the year the finances raised by the AMCGF in a way of issuance of bonds have not changed and amounted to AZN 55 million, while the funds allocated from the State Budget to the Fund decreased by 52.9% or 2.1-fold to AZN 35.6 million.
