Argentina closes its borders again

June 30, Fineko/abc.az. From 28 June to 9 July only 600 travelers per day can enter Argentina.

ABC.AZ reports that as a result, thousands of Argentines were outside the country.

The country's main airline, Aerolineas Argentinas, canceled 59 of the 90 flights scheduled for 11 July.

Thus, the government of Argentina is trying to prevent the spread of a new strain of "delta", which is rapidly spreading throughout Europe.

The Minister of Health of Argentina, Carla Vissotti, said that she supports strengthening entry controls due to serious violations of mandatory quarantine by repatriates.
