Turkish company sues Meqa Sığorta

July 1, Fineko/abc.az. Well-known Turkish furniture company Zivella is suing Meqa Sigorta OJSC operating in Azerbaijan.

ABC.AZ reports that this was informed at the Baku Commercial Court by representatives of company Zivella Mobilya Inşaat Sanayi Ticaret Ltd in Azerbaijan.

The details of the appeal contain information only about the nature of the case, which results from disputes over obligations arising from contracts or under a purchase and sale agreement. The trial will be presided over by Judge Zeynab Akhundova.

Zivella opened a representative office in Azerbaijan in February 2017. The company has stores in Turkey, Azerbaijan and England.
