Oil gets more expensive, and Brent is at $77.54 a barrel

July 6, Fineko/abc.az. Prices for oil of standard grades are increasing in Tuesday’s trading.

By 9:14 am, at the auction on the London ICE Futures Exchange the September’s Brent crude futures rose in price by $0.38 (0.49%) up to $77.54 per barrel. Following the trading on 5 July the Brent crude futures for September grew by $0.99 (1.30%) up to $77.16 per barrel.

By 9:14 am, at the New York Mercantile Exchange (NYMEX) the price of the August’s WTI oil futures increased by $1.58 (2.10%) up to $76.74 per barrel. Following the trading on 5 July the WTI futures for August increased in price by $0.16 (0.21%) up to $75.32 per barrel.
