July 6, Fineko/abc.az. Japanese company TET International Development will open two more tobacco drying enterprises in Azerbaijan this year. The opening of new tobacco enterprises will take place in Tovuz on 9 July and in Zagatala on 12 July.

ABC.AZ reports that the above-mentioned statement was made by company’s director Taro Sawada during the meeting with Mammad Musayev, the president of the Confederation of Entrepreneurs of Azerbaijan.

According to Mr. Sawada, his company has been studying business opportunities in Azerbaijan since 2017, as a result of which it already operates in the field of tobacco production in several districts.

The Japanese company opened two tobacco drying enterprises in Azerbaijan in 2019.
