Azerbaijan's oil reserves unveiled

July 12, Fineko/abc. az. By the end of 2020, the approved volume of Azerbaijan's oil reserves amounted to 7 billion barrels or 1 billion tons.

As reported by ABC.AZ with reference to BP's annual statistical review of world energy, the approved volume of oil reserves in Azerbaijan at the end of 2019 is similar.

According to the report, by the end of 2020, the volume of confirmed gas reserves in Azerbaijan amounted to 2.5 trillion cubic meters.

According to BP's statistical review of world energy, this is equal to the indicator of the previous year.
