July 13, Fineko/abc.az. 2,569 out of the 2,962 apartments located in Govsan residential complex have been registered.

ABC.AZ was informed at the State Housing Construction Agency (MIDA) that 1,391 apartments out of the total number of apartments are put up for sale through the Preferential Housing System and 1,178 ones on the basis of a state order.

Within the Preferential Housing System 1,271 apartments were allotted and registered at the expense of a mortgage loan, 120 ones at the expense of citizens' own finances. Six agent banks gave mortgage loans for totally AZN 53.29 million on 1,271 apartments sold with a mortgage loan through the Preferential Housing System.
