SOCAR New Energy starts supplying LPG to Ukraine


July 17, Fineko/abc.az. SOCAR New Energy, an exclusive supplier of Rosneft's oil products to Ukraine, has started supplying liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) on term contracts.

ABC.AZ reports with reference to Report that 10 Ukrainian companies signed term contracts on the supply of LPG with SOCAR New Energy in July-October 2021.

The first volumes were shipped from Rosneft refineries on July 9. Traders believe that the number of companies that have signed contracts may grow starting August.

Traders expect that under these agreements, in July, Ukraine will receive at least 23,000-25,000 tons of LPG, and in August, the volume of supplies will grow to 30,000-35,000 tons.
