Oil gets more expensive, and Brent is at $74.86 a barrel

July 27, Fineko/abc.az. Oil prices are increasing in Tuesday’s trading. The market is supported by the prospects of active demand in the U.S.

By 9:25 am, at the London ICE Futures Exchange the September’s Brent crude futures grew by $0.36 (0.48%) up to $74.86 per barrel. Following the trading on 26 July the Brent crude futures for September increased in price by $0.40 (0.54%) up to $74.50 per barrel.

By 9:25 am, at the New York Mercantile Exchange (NYMEX) the price of the September’s WTI oil futures rose by $0.27 (0.38%) up to $72.18 per barrel. Following the trading on 26 July, the price of the WTI futures for September declined by $0.16 (0.22%) to $72.07 per barrel.
