Yapı Kredi Bank Azerbaijan recorded growth on some indicators


July 27, Fineko/abc.az. By the end of Q2 of 2021 the total balance sheet capital of Yapı Kredi Bank Azerbaijan increased compared with the relevant term of 2020.

ABC.AZ reports that Bank’s total balance sheet capital grew compared with the previous period and reached AZN 82.2 million.

The loans given by the Bank to customers increased by 10% versus the end of last year and reached AZN 163.6 million. During the reported period the Bank increased giving of business loans by 13%. A certain part of the business loans was given to companies operating on the liberated lands, which are currently in the process of reconstruction.

There was also a 15% increase on real estate loans.

In order to strengthen the recovery policy on loans given, the bank allocated AZN 40.5 million for reserves created in connection with possible losses.
