July 27, Fineko/abc.az. According to the World Organization for Animal Health (OIE), cases of foot-and-mouth disease have been recorded in the administrative-territorial units of the Libyan state of Al-Jifara, Zawiya, Benghazi and Al-Marij.

ABC.AZ was informed at the Food Safety Agency that with the purpose to protect the territory of the country from infectious animal diseases that can be transmitted to other countries, temporary restrictions on the import of live animals, animal products and raw materials, as well as transit transportation have been introduced in the administrative-territorial units of the Libyan state of Al-Jifara, Zawiya, Benghazi and Al-Marij.
