Quantity of people leaving Azerbaijan for Georgia more than doubled

September 6, Fineko/abc.az. In August of this year 11,181 people from Azerbaijan visited Georgia (7,424 people or 2.9-fold more versus August 2020), according to the report of the National Tourism Administration of Georgia.

ABC.AZ reports that over Jan-Aug the number of visitors received by the neighboring country from Azerbaijan decreased by 82.5% to 48,783 people. The total number of international visitors who went to Georgia last month was 1,054,329 people (-31.7%). For the 8 months this figure reached 308,674 people.
