Oil gets more expensive, and Brent is at $73.17 a barrel

By 9:20 am, at the London ICE Futures Exchange the November’s Brent crude futures increased by $0.25 (0.34%) up to $73.17 per barrel. Following the trading on 10 September, the price of Brent oil futures for November grew by $1.47 (2.06%) up to $72.92 per barrel.

By 9:20 am, at the New York Mercantile Exchange (NYMEX) the price of October’s WTI oil futures rose by $0.27 (0.39%) up to $69.99 per barrel. Following the trading on 10 September the price for October’s WTI oil futures increased by $1.58 (2.32%) up to $69.72 per barrel.

Over the past week Brent crude oil has grown by 0.43% and WTI oil by 0.62%.
