September 13, Fineko/abc.az. Over Jan-Aug 2021 the Azerbaijan Entrepreneurship Development Fund gave subsidized loans in the total amount of AZN 48.4 million for 945 investment projects.

ABC.AZ reports that according to the AEDF, it is planned to create 1,428 new jobs due to the loans given for investment projects.

Over the reported term 99.8% of loans were given to micro, small and medium-sized businesses in terms of the number of projects and 97% in terms of the amount of loans.

Of the total number of loans given on sectors of the economy, 94.6% accounts for the production of agricultural products.

82% of the loans given for the loan amount are agricultural production and the production & processing of industrial output.
