Fitch Ratings has published forecast on Turkish economy


September 17, Fineko/abc.az. International rating agency Fitch Ratings has raised its forecast on the growth rate of the Turkish economy in 2021.

ABC.AZ reports that the Agency increased the growth rate of the Turkish economy from 7.9% up to 9.3%.

According to the Agency, this growth is expected to be the sharpest in the last 10 years, but the recovery from the crisis caused by the COVID-19 pandemic is still ongoing.

According to Fitch, in 2022 country's GDP growth rate will slow down to 3.5% and in 2023 it will accelerate up to 4.5%.
