Azerbaijanhas given mortgageloansfor AZN 33.8 million

April 9, Fineko/abc.az. The mortgage loans for AZN 33.8 million have been given through the Azerbaijani Mortgage & Credit-Guarantee Fund from the beginning of the year.

The Central Bank of Azerbaijan reports that of them, the loans for AZN 19.2 million were given in February and for AZN 14.6 million in January.

The loans for AZN 39.1 million were refinanced for the first two months of 2018, including AZN 22.5 million in February and AZN 16.6 million in January. Monthly payments on the given loans exceed AZN 320,000.

State Budget 2018 allocated AZN 50 million for financing for mortgage loans.
